Hollow,
the energetic follow-up to the 1996 release of Drown proves
that NIHIL is constantly growing as a band. Hollow deals
with issues ranging from divorce (Scabs) to
suicide (Final) and even multiple personality
disorders (The Only One). Recorded and mixed
at a Pecan Ranch outside of El Paso, Texas, Hollow demonstrates
the bands serious approach to music. Grammy winning
producer Neil Kernon (Queensryche, Skrew, Dokken, Peter
Gabriel) once again produced and mixed the sophomore release.
The
band was conceived in 1994 by Scott Crowley and quickly
began playing shows with such national acts as Godflesh,
Front 242, Coal Chamber, Cubanate, 16 Volt, Genitorturers,
Evil Mothers, The Electric Hellfire Club and many others.
